Chocolate Salame

Serves: 8 people
Ingredients:
200 grams plain cookies, crumbled (1 cup)
100 grams butter, melted (about a stick)
100 grams powder sugar (1/2 cup)
40 grams unsweetened cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)
60 grams dark chocolate, melted (1/2 cup)
25 grams hazelnuts (a couple tablespoons)
25 grams almonds
To Decorate:
Powder Sugar
Directions:
1-Iniziare ad unire alcuni ingredienti: in a medium bowl, combine the powder sugar, hazelnut, almond and cookies. Stir in the melted butter together with chocolate and using your hands shape the mixture into a log that reminds of the salame shape.
2-Avvolgere nella carta di alluminio e mettere in frigo: wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
3-Decorare: before serving, sprinkle with powder sugar and tie with a string.
