Francesca says: “I was born and raised in the Chianti area where food has always played a fundamental role in my life. Nonna Leontina, Mamma Silvana and my beloved Zia Paola shared with me the secret ingredient that makes Italian cuisine so celebrated all over the world: the conviviality. 

I was part of Masterchef Competition in Milan and I also realized several dishes for the famous magazine La Cucina Italiana. 
I partner with the Accademia dei Georgofili of the Uffizi galleries in Florence in the realization of a new project that promotes Tuscan artisanal ingredients and small producers. Cooking is my greatest passion and through my food blog Pane Zucchero, I want to express my creativity and joy in the cucina”
