Chef Fabio Piceni

Chef Fabio Piceni works as a culinary consultant. He will join us in series of Live Instagram Cooking Classes.

Fabio says: "People always ask me what I love most about Lake Garda, the place where I was born and where I grew up. After graduating from the culinary institute in Desenzano at age 19, I looked for opportunities abroad to further develop my own creativity. After spending many years far from home, I felt the need to go back to my land to express my regional cooking style infused with my abroad experiences. Being a chef for 25 years has made me realize the importance of finding new adventures in the kitchen where creativity, fun and curiosity play fundamental roles.

I'm always ready for a new challenge, wherever it is, but I know in my heart that Lake Garda will always be a special place for me because it feels like home”
