REGIONAL DINING EXPERIENCES

Italy is united by its wonderful diverse traditions and when it comes to food Italy’s variety is second to none. During our special dinners, you will enjoy regional Italian specialties made with the freshest and most genuine ingredients available to us. We will share the stories behind the preparation of each dish, and you will learn how diverse and exciting real Italian cuisine is.

During our cooking classes, you will learn the unique Italian ability to transform simple ingredients into extraordinary food specialties. You will also capture the magic behind the idea of experiencing great food with “famiglia e amici” (family and friends) which is one of the secrets of the Italian “joie de vivre”. You will create great memories in the cucina with your family and friends and understand all the little secrets that make Italian food amazing.
WINE EVENTS
Discover the wines of Italy in a virtual tour of the country by tasting and learning different regional wines from small producers. You will be amazed by the history, traditions, grapes and style of different wine makers. You will also learn how to pair regional wines with the delicious food specialties from the same region.
SPECIAL TASTINGS
We invite you to experience the identity of Italian regions by tasting artisanal products made with passion and integrity by family owned businesses who guarantee the origin and authenticity with certified labels such as IGP (PGI) or DOP (PDO).
